Your website is built.
Now let's keep it working for you.
Launch is the start, not the finish. These optional plans keep your site looked after, quick to update, and quietly bringing in more business, month after month.
Launch day isn't the finish line.
It's the starting line.
Your site is built and it is out in the world. Most agencies call that finished and move on to the next one. We would rather not, because what happens over the next twelve months matters far more than launch week ever did.
Think of it like opening a shop on the high street. You would not fit it out, unlock the door and then expect a queue outside on the first morning. You would tell people you exist. A website is the same, except a brand new one starts with no history and no authority, so as far as Google is concerned you are in the middle of nowhere, while your competitors have years of content and links behind them.
One thing worth saying up front: these are not maintenance plans. The way we build, your site does not need constant patching and repair just to stay safe, and we are not going to charge you to fix things that were never going to break. What it does need is somebody whose job it is to keep it running, keep it current, and make the changes you want made. That is what these plans are.
None of that is a problem, it just means the work does not stop at launch. We would rather stay on that journey with you than hand over the keys and disappear.

Three ways to stay
looked after.
All three include managed hosting, security and monitoring as standard. They differ in how quickly we turn things around, how much of our time is included, and whether we are actively growing your site each month. Rolling monthly, 30 days’ notice, no minimum term.
Best if you have a list of changes that never quite gets done.
Choose SupportBest if you want the website safe, watched and off your mind.

If your site is larger or very content heavy, we will put together a custom plan built around it.
So which one
is you?
Not sure which of the three is you? Work down this list until it stops sounding like your business. Wherever you stop is your plan.
- You want the website online, safe and looked after, without having to think about it.
- You want somebody who knows the site to be there if anything ever goes wrong.
- You want to see how it is doing without wading through Google Analytics to find out.
- You are busy running the business, and website jobs keep sliding down the list.
- You would rather not be the one logging in and working out how to change things.
- Things change often enough that you want them handled quickly, and included rather than quoted each time.
- You are serious about marketing the website, not only keeping it tidy and current.
- You want somebody proactive rather than reactive, suggesting things instead of waiting to be asked.
- You want the website actively bringing in new enquiries, month after month.
What all of this
actually means.
The table above is the short version. Below is what each plan actually gets you, and why it matters, grouped so you can see where one stops and the next one begins.
Care: Looking after your site
Peace of mind, and every plan includes it. Your website has to live somewhere and somebody has to be responsible for it. This is us being that somebody.
Hosting, domain and security, handled
We host your website, look after the security certificate that puts the padlock in the browser, and manage everything behind your domain, including any DNS changes you need setting up. We keep a full copy of the site off site too. It is the part that causes the most panic when it goes wrong, and you never have to think about it.
Uptime monitoring, and we fix it if it goes down
We have monitoring on your site that alerts us the moment it stops responding, day or night, and we fix it. That means we usually know before you do, and almost always before a customer does. Most owners find out their site is down because somebody rings to tell them.
Software behind your site, kept current
We keep the software your website runs on up to date. The way we build, your site does not need constant patching just to stay safe, which is why there is never a panic about it. We do it because every update leaves the site a little quicker and more secure, and ready for whatever you want to add next.
Analytics you can actually read
You get a simple one-page dashboard showing how many people visited your site, where they came from and what they looked at. Nothing to set up and no training needed. We email you a short summary each month as well, so you can see how it is going without going looking.
Support: Getting things done
Everything in Care, plus the time to actually get things done. Your requests jump the queue, and an hour a month is set aside for your changes.
Priority website support
Day-to-day requests come back in about two working days, because your plan keeps time set aside for you every month. That matters most when something will not wait: a price change, a new member of staff, an offer that ends on Friday. No chasing and no wondering where it got to.
An hour of small edits every month
Send us anything up to about half an hour of work, a blog post, a testimonial, some new wording, a different photo, and we do it. Most websites go stale because updating them was one more job on the list, and this is the plan where that stops. If something will run longer, we tell you before we start. The hour is per month and does not roll over.
A strategy call every quarter
Four times a year we sit down together, look at how the website is doing, and agree what happens next. It is usually where your next few jobs get decided, and where you tell us what is going on in the business. No jargon and no sales pitch, just some proper thinking time.
Growth: Growing your business
Everything in Support, and then the part that actively goes out looking for customers. This is where the website stops simply being looked after and starts earning its keep.
A new page or blog post every month
Every month we add something to your site aimed at what your customers actually search for, whether that is a service, a nearby town, or a question they need answering before they buy. A new website starts with no history, so the pages you add over the first year are what tell Google you exist.
Unlimited small edits
Send as many small changes as you like and we work through them, one at a time. On a standard site of fifteen to twenty pages that is realistically as much as you will ever want, so you stop rationing what you ask for. Anything bigger than a small edit, like a brand new page, we quote for first.
Recommendations, not just numbers
Your monthly summary comes with our read on it: what we think the numbers are telling us, and what we would do about it. Then we go and do it. That is the difference between knowing your enquiries dropped last month and having somebody already fixing the reason why.
A strategy call every month
Every month we sit down together to plan what to build next: which page, which search term, what we are testing, and what the last month has changed our minds about. You tell us what is happening in the business, we show you what the website is doing, and we agree the priorities.
Questions worth
asking us.
01So there is some maintenance after all?
A little, and we would rather be straight with you about it. Your website does not need the constant patching and repair that older ways of building sites need, so there is no monthly grind and no emergencies. What we do is keep the software behind your site current a few times a year, because each update leaves it quicker and more secure. It is included in every plan, and you will never hear about it.
02How quickly will you turn my requests around?
It depends on your plan. On Care, requests are handled at our standard pace, usually within three to five working days. On Support and Growth you get priority, roughly two working days, because your plan includes time set aside for you each month. Some things land sooner, and occasionally something bigger takes a day or two longer, but that is the pace you can plan around.
03Do I have to take a plan?
Not at all, they are completely optional. If you would rather arrange your own hosting and look after the site yourself, that is absolutely fine and we will help you get set up. The plans are simply the easiest way to keep us involved, so there is always somebody who knows your site when you need something doing.
04What counts as a "small edit"?
A small edit is a task of up to around half an hour: adding a blog post or a testimonial, swapping some text, or changing an image. We handle them one at a time. Anything larger, like a brand new page or a bigger project, we quote for separately before we start.
05Is 'unlimited' on Growth really unlimited?
For a normal site, yes. There is no monthly cap and we do not count them. What bounds it is the size of each job, not the number of them: a small edit is anything up to about half an hour, and anything bigger, like a brand new page, we quote for separately. Growth is priced around a standard site of 15 to 20 pages, so if yours is much larger we will put together a custom plan rather than quietly ration what you get.
06My site is large. Do the plans still work?
Care and Support work on a site of any size, because hosting and an hour a month do not care how many pages you have. It is Growth that is priced around a standard site of 15 to 20 pages, which covers most businesses. If yours is larger or very content heavy, say a hundred pages, we simply quote you a custom plan built around it.
07My website is on Webflow, WordPress or something else. Can you still help?
Yes, and it is worth asking. The plans above are shaped around sites we build and host, so if your platform already takes care of the hosting and security side, that first part matters much less to you. Everything else still applies: priority turnaround, our time set aside for you each month, the analytics, the strategy calls and the marketing work all sit on top of whatever your site is built on. Send us an email with a link to your site and what you need help with, and we will put a custom support plan together that fits.
08How do you turn more visitors into enquiries, and is that included?
This is part of Growth, and it is what the monthly recommendations turn into. We use your analytics to spot where visitors are losing interest or not getting in touch, then fix it, so the same number of visitors turns into more enquiries. On quieter sites there is less data to go on, so we lean on what is proven to work, guided by your numbers rather than driven purely by them.
09What is a strategy call?
A short call, monthly on Growth or quarterly on Support, where we look at your numbers together, you tell us what is happening in your business, and we agree what to focus on next. No jargon, no hard sell, just a clear plan for the month or quarter ahead.
10What happens if I want to leave?
Your website is yours and your domain is registered in your name, so nothing is ever locked to us. If you leave, we will give you a full export of your site and its code free of charge, so you or your new provider can pick it up. If you would rather we moved everything into your own accounts on the same platforms we use, we will do that too: it takes about an hour of our time, so there is a one-off charge, and we waive it if you have been with us a year or more. It is not a penalty for leaving. We would much rather you left cleanly than felt stuck with us.
11Can I cancel?
Yes. The plans roll monthly with no minimum term, and we ask for 30 days’ notice before your next billing date. That gives us time to prepare a proper handover if you are moving on.
Not sure which
one fits?
Have a quick, no-pressure chat and we will help you pick the plan that suits your site and your budget, or tell you honestly if you do not need one at all.
