Your website is built.
Now let's keep it working for you.
Launch is the start, not the finish. These optional plans keep your site looked after, quick to update, and quietly bringing in more business, month after month.
Launch day isn't the finish line.
It's the starting line.
Your site is built and it is out in the world. Most agencies call that finished and move on to the next one. We would rather not, because what happens over the next twelve months matters far more than launch week ever did.
Think of it like opening a shop on the high street. You would not fit it out, unlock the door and then expect a queue outside on the first morning. You would tell people you exist. A website is the same, except a brand new one starts with no history and no authority, so as far as Google is concerned you are in the middle of nowhere, while your competitors have years of content and links behind them.
One thing worth saying up front: none of this is maintenance. Because we build on modern technology rather than WordPress, your site does not need the constant patching and plugin fixing that quietly eats other people’s budgets. This is not us charging you to look after what we built.
None of that is a problem, it just means the work does not stop at launch. We would rather stay on that journey with you than hand over the keys and disappear.

Three ways to stay
looked after.
All three include managed hosting, security and monitoring as standard. They differ in how quickly we turn things around, how much of our time is included, and whether we are actively growing your site each month. All rolling monthly. No lock-in. Cancel any time.
Everything in Care, plus priority turnaround and an hour of our time each month.
Choose SupportYour site, looked after. Peace of mind and a safety net.
Choose Care- Managed hosting, SSL, domain and DNS
- Uptime monitoring, and we fix it if it goes down
- Analytics you can actually read, plus a monthly emailYou get your own Plausible dashboard: one screen, plain numbers, far easier to make sense of than Google Analytics. We email you a short summary each month too, so you do not have to go looking. On Growth, that summary comes with recommendations we then act on.
- Turnaround on requests: Standard, ~1 week
- Support time: Pay as you goA "small edit" is a task of up to around 30 minutes, handled one at a time under fair use. Anything bigger is quoted at your members’ rate.
- Proactive marketing each monthAn SEO-focused page or blog aimed at a keyword we agree, plus a couple of conversion improvements guided by your analytics.
- Strategy call
- Google Ads management: Add-on

Anything bigger, like a new page, is quoted separately at your members' rate. Growth suits standard sites of around 15 to 20 pages; larger or content-heavy sites are quoted as a custom plan.

Questions worth
asking us.
01How quickly will you turn my requests around?
It depends on your plan. On Care, requests are handled at our standard pace, usually within about a week. On Support and Growth, you get priority: roughly two working days, because we set time aside for plan clients. Some things land sooner, and occasionally something bigger takes a day or two longer, but that is the pace you can plan around.
02Do I have to take a plan?
Not at all. These are completely optional. You are welcome to host and look after the site yourself if you prefer. The plans are simply the easiest way to keep us involved, so you are never left to sort things out on your own.
03What counts as a "small edit"?
A small edit is a task of up to around 30 minutes: adding a blog post or a testimonial, swapping some text, or changing an image. We handle them one at a time, under fair use. Anything larger, like a brand new page or a bigger project, is quoted separately at your members’ rate.
04My site is large. Do the plans still work?
The standard plans suit sites of around 15 to 20 pages, which covers most businesses. If you have a larger or very content-heavy site, say a hundred pages, we simply quote you a custom plan built around it. Just ask and we will put a fair figure together.
05What do you mean by "conversion improvements"?
We use your analytics to spot where visitors are dropping off or not getting in touch, then fix it, so the same number of visitors turns into more enquiries. On quieter sites there is less data to go on, so we lean on proven best practice, guided by your stats rather than driven purely by them.
06What is a strategy call?
A short call, monthly on Growth or quarterly on Support, where we look at your numbers together, you tell us what is happening in your business, and we agree what to focus on next. No jargon, no hard sell, just a clear plan for the month or quarter ahead.
07Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, with 30 days’ notice. The plans roll monthly, so you are never tied in. This matches your service agreement, and it keeps the pressure on us to keep earning your business.
08Is there a minimum term or lock-in?
No minimum term and no lock-in. You stay because the plan is genuinely useful to you, not because a contract says you have to. If it ever stops being worth it, you can stop.
Not sure which
one fits?
Have a quick, no-pressure chat and we will help you pick the plan that suits your site and your budget, or tell you honestly if you do not need one at all.
