Each month your website is going through a service checklist to make sure it's secure and it's running smoothly. This includes software updates, performance and security scans, uptime monitoring and backups.

All this is detailed withing a monthly report which will be sent directly to your email.

Included in all website care plans, you will have unlimited access to a library of videos with step by step tutorials on WordPress basics, how to manage your content, seo, and much more.

Consulting & Strategy Coaching (included in the ELITE plan): 

Consulting calls are great for strategy sessions, live editing and any other type of training needs. In the monthly strategy coaching, we review your website performance, talk about your business, and lay out a plan to make sure your website aligns with your business goals.

Standard & Premium plans don't include a monthly strategy coaching, although Premium clients can use their remaining support time for a consulting call.



Your time is precious and should be spent interacting with your customers and growing your business, not logging in and updating your website.

With your dedicated support time, you can request changes that can cover the majority of your needs. Ex:

  • Adding new content to the website: new testimonials, blog post updates, etc..
  • Performance improvements
  • Design updates
  • Bug fixes

*These tasks do not cover more advanced features as building a new website page, setting up an online shop, membership, etc... I can definitely help you with these but will be charged separately.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the monthly support time rollover?

Like a lawyer’s retainer, the monthly time is there for you every month to reserve your place in my queue and my resources, therefore it does not rollover for Standard and Premium plans. You can take comfort in the fact that your request within that 30/60 minutes of time (depending on your plan) will be addressed with immediate attention.

Elite plans are customised to the client and allow for a time block for that month specific to their needs.

What happens if my website goes down, is hacked, breaks, etc?

The whole purpose of website care (maintenance) plans is preventative care, so I work hard to prevent anything from happening. However, in the case something does happen and your website needs emergency care, I will be there right by its side communicating with the web hosting company on your behalf.

I cannot promise your website will not be hacked but can promise I will do everything in my power to prevent it, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website with one of the backups.

How do consulting calls work?

Email is the best form of communication since it yields the fastest response. However, I know brainstorming and reviewing visual work can be best on the phone or on a video call (I use Skype).

These consulting calls are reserved for clients on Premium and Elite care plans. They help focus a trajectory of the website for growth and improvements. These sessions are often used for online screen-sharing small updates or providing training.

You simply book your consultation I'll be ready with the agenda to make the most out of our call.

What tasks are included in the dedicated support time?

Content update requests and small design improvements are the most common requests, however, anything that can fit into your monthly support time is free game. We just ask you to be aware that requests for new features to your website will likely result in a formal quote as those commonly go over the monthly dedicated time.

What if I need something outside the plans?

If you have a task that is beyond what is included in your plan, I will submit a quote for you to approve separately.

However, many times I will evaluate requests that exceed your plan on a case by case basis, and with approval, work past the time will be billed at my standard hourly rate.

Can I really cancel at any time?


I'm all about building a valuable relationship with you and your website, so I would hate to see you go but I know financial needs weigh on many decisions and don’t want to lock anyone in.
