More and more websites are getting hacked and attacked, including the big players like Twitter and Facebook as well as millions of small businesses every day.

Keeping your website up to date, backed up, secure and consistently bringing in new leads can be a time consuming and tedious process. It takes you away from what you should be doing, which is building relationships with your customers, staff and partners. The technology and strategies continue to evolve and it’s a full-time job to keep abreast of all the trends and developments.

Each month your website is going through a service checklist to make sure it’s secure and it’s running smoothly. This includes software updates, performance and security scans, uptime monitoring and backups.
All this is detailed withing a monthly report which will be sent directly to your email.
Your time is precious and should be spent interacting with your customers and growing your business, not logging in and updating your website.
With your dedicated support time, you can request changes that can cover the majority of your needs. Ex:
*These tasks do not cover more advanced features as building a new website page, setting up an online shop, membership, etc… We can definitely help you with these but will be charged separately.

Like a lawyer’s retainer, the monthly time is there for you every month to reserve your place in our queue and our resources, therefore it does not rollover for Standard and Premium plans. You can take comfort in the fact that your request within that 30/60 minutes of time (depending on your plan) will be addressed with immediate attention.
The whole purpose of website care (maintenance) plans is preventative care, so we work hard to prevent anything from happening. However, in the case something does happen and your website needs emergency care, we will be there right by its side communicating with the web hosting company on your behalf.
We cannot promise your website will not be hacked but can promise we will do everything in our power to prevent it, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website with one of the backups.
Content update requests and small design improvements are the most common requests, however, anything that can fit into your monthly support time is free game. We just ask you to be aware that requests for new features to your website will likely result in a formal quote as those commonly go over the monthly dedicated time.
If you have a task that is beyond what is included in your plan, we will submit a quote for you to approve separately.
However, many times we will evaluate requests that exceed your plan on a case by case basis, and with approval, work past the time will be billed at my standard hourly rate.
We’re all about building a valuable relationship with you and your website, so we would hate to see you go but we know financial needs weigh on many decisions and don’t want to lock anyone in.
